Dear Sir ,
My name is Deepak Gupta & stay in Mazagaon Mumbai , I bought a blackberry curve phone from mobile store on 27 /07 /11 bill number 3112/12881 ( Mobile store – Lower Parel ) .
Now on 24th may 2012 I got an issue in phone , I was not able to here anything in my mobile , then I had contact blackberry service station in dadar west ( SAP Mobile –phone number 02224302805 , then I had given him my phone with bill copy work order number : BB/DDJ/12/10661 dated 08th may 2012 .
Now after 17 days I got call from SAP mobile that your mobile is came without repairing due to out of warranty , now you can see in attachment I bought this phone on 27/07/2012 ,about 10 months ago (WARRENTY PERIOD is 1 years ) now can you please help us , I had attached report & bill .
