i have recently purchased new blackberry curve 9380 and i have activated the monthly BIS plan of 399 rs but iam unable to use the service in my house n surrounding area and services starts again when i leave the housing area as i cant go allways out for just blackberry services so i went to the vodafone mini store for help and they have lodged a complain saying that edge network is not coming in my area but i have not got any response till now and the 198 service is not usable on my sim card as it says your request cannot be processed at this time i have two complain numbers given to me by the vodafone mini store (given below)
