Billing problem and harresment

Name of company/service: Bharti Airtel ltd.

We have recently subscribed to Airtel postpaid connection. From day one there has been problems with starting of the service and now after receiving first month bill for Rs.3000/- odd against usage of Rs.150/- to Rs.200/-. Remaining amount was charged for a special number. Which we never asked for. Airtel has agreed to reverse this but it is 2 months now and still not done. Also Every day I receive call from Collection for bill payment. Inspite of no fault of mine I had paid Rs.500/- for the first bill before due date. have reached till Appellate autority for resolution to this problem but instead my line outgoing is stopped and no resolution from Airtel on this
