BILLING DISCREPENCY AND WORST BEHAVIOUR OF MTS OFFICERS

Dear Sir/Mam,

I got a Net connection no- 9151106064 in the name of Sachin Agarwal,

I have paid the due amount in excess by Rs 251/-on 21 feb 2012 wide receipt no a-704175 to mr Raju but they did not post the amount in my account and my connection is being disconnected. And after getting so many telephone calls to Mr Raju and Mr Amit, they did not take any action on that..

And Mr Amit words were…” YOU CAN DO WHATEVER YOU WANNA DO.. I M NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT”

Now my bill generated for old amount as well as new monthly rental.

For the whole month, my net was disconnected.

Kindly go through the case and solve my problem.. I think Mr Raju is Fraud as he is doing cheating with me continuously.

i sent mail to mts company on address [email protected]/[email protected]/[email protected] on 16th march but there is no response.. and today on 10th july one person called me and saying that he is calling from tees hajari court, delhi and one case is being lodged on me and i have to talk to mr pawan sharma, advocate.. if i do not talk, they will get a warrant against me..

in this case i talked to ms sonia for so many times but she only asks 10 min time and she never called me back..

i dont know.. what to do..can u advise me please??
