Billed more than MRP

Hello,

I recently purchased a Florence seat cover at HSIL secunderabad office located at Ashoka Bhupal Chambers, 5th floor on 24th November 2012. I was charged an amount of 2700/- INR ( Reciept # 51194) informing me that the orginal cost is around 3100/- INR and with a 15% discount. Infact the bill is directly made for the 2700/- amount, there is no original cost , no discount mentioned. The price tag on the item is mentioned as 1856/- INR and MFD is 16th November 2012.

I have already sent mails to the IDs available on the website ( [email protected] & [email protected] & [email protected] ) on November 27th and 28th. I didn’t get any response back form them.

Requesting the consumer forum to settle this.
