i requested Idea to activate the 149 internet plan(2GB) as interim as they told me that they will need to send a mail to get an approval for the 199 unlimited internet plan. They did not deliver what they promise to me and hence they activated the 199 internet plan on the 12th Jan as a goodwill gesture. Now they have billed be Rs. 838 for accessing internet when i should not be getting charged anything as i was on a plan throughout the month. When inquired about the same i was told that they have billed me on a pro rata basis. They have charged me prorata basis for both the packages 149 & 199. Also with that i was told that they are charging me for the benefits on the pro rata basis for the 149 plan. Have i been informed about the same earlier i would have asked the 199 plan to be activated on my bill cycle date and not earlier. Need this to be taken care off.
