Name of company/service: Airtel
I did not received my Airtel Mobile bills from the past 3 months (May 12 to till date).
Even though I have made the payments based on the SMS only.
Mobile number is 9872649423. I have raised the compliant to Customer care (121) compliant no. is 112170002595 dated 4th aug 12.
There is no response till today (10th aug 12), Today I have called again to the Customer Care (121) there is no proper response, the person who answered is telling that you will talk to Nodal officer to get the bills.
Initially the person told there is no complaint made by me, after explaining some time than he agreed that there is a compliant given by me.
