I had hired a cab from ‘Metro cabs’ jaipur 0141-4244444 for a pickup and drop at 2.00 am from Sindhi Camp Jaipur to Vidhyut Nagar on my way back from an official visit to Gurgaon.
The driver did not provide me a bill and said will send it later on at my address and requested me to sms my address to him which i did. Till date I have not received the bill even after repeated reminders at the call center and they did not let me speak to a supervisor.
I could not claim the amount of Rs. 160 from my company for my pick up and drop on 15 July 2012. I would like them to pay me for the mental harrasment and problem that i had to face for the same.
