Bill not delivered even after full payment

Hi,
I am Malleeswari Latha Pesala, W/O Jagadeesh Dontesetti. We have contacted Castel packer and movers, Chennai for Luggage transport from Chennai to Pune.
I have given full amount after receiving the goods. But when they asked for the bill they are denying and asking for extra amount 2500 to get that bill for the amount i paid. It caused loss of 16500 Rupees to me.

Below mentioned person is responsible for my Transport and Bill.
