Bill Issued Even after I raising complaint for Disconnect

Location/place: Bangalore

Name of company/service: Tikona Services

Dear Sir\Madam,

I have raised complaint with Tikona Broadband service in month of March and accordingly my complaint number is 1-2246369849 and my Customer ID is 1104610989.After which I called customer care(Making 20 – 25 calls I was able to reach them finally)and asked them to send representative to my house and collect all outstanding amount.Representative came a nd collected all outstanding saying My service will be disconnected in 15 – 20 Days and I need to only pay Prodata Basis Bill amount.However till Today no one have come to my house to disconnect my service even I following up many times.Also after I raised my complaint in March I have not used my internet till today , but Tikona is calling me almost every day and troubling me to pay bill amount (2000 Rs) , also I need to explain all story from begining to all customer care Guy which is very frustating and for no mistake I have done.

Please Please help me in this regards.
