Dear consumer forum,
I’m Sk Monsoor Azam resident of Khammam, Andhra Pradesh.
Me and my family members are regularly facing harassment from Tata Photon Plus saying that my bill is not cleared.
Actually the matter is i purchased Tata Photon Plus data card and Net Number is 9246761063 in Khammam Tata mobile showroom and before the purchase of Tata Photon Plus data card i made an enquire at the same Khammam Tata mobile showroom and they said that it will cost me Rs.950/- per month for unlimited usage of data card. And after some days i received a bill by mail that my bill for first month is around Rs.4000/- with this bill i made a enquire at the same office ad they said that its technical fault from Tata Photon Plus and also said that they will rectify it as soon as possible. And i paid just 950/- as they said me earlier at the same time.
After few months these Tata Photon plus customer people and some outsiders started to call my number and saying to pay the bill else we will file a legal case in court. And then for second time i reached Tata Photon Plus office in Khammam, Andhrapradesh about this legal issue and i faced the same answer as earlier sir the technical problem is not solved and Mr. Srikanth who is the Incharge of Tata Photon Plus said that he will solve my problem and he made his all efforts to stop this technical problem.
After nearly one year it mean on 12-jul-2012 i received a call form outsider who is not one in Tata photon Plus customer saying that a legal compliant is filed in some Delhi court.
I have all my bills that i had paid to Tata Photon Plus and also i signed a copy on to pay 950/- per month. But i can’t upload it because i didn’t find upload here.
I request you to kindly look into the matter and help me in getting justice.
