I had been using Tataphoton prepaid services upto today dtd 04/08/2012, previously it is post paid,i had given letter to convert postpaid to prepaid in Bellay Karnataka Tata photon dealer office in the month of last week of October 2010 to avoid November 2010 month post paid bill, but they had converted postpaid to prepaid on 10/11/2010,but i had paid both October and November bill to close my Post paid account with recipt no 45296391 dtd 28 July 2012 of Rs 2640.00 at Tata Teleservices Limited Hyderabad,from 11th november 2010 i had recharged the prepaid and used the service but they are charged me post paid bill for full november 2010 month instead of upto 9/10/2010, onward from 11/11/2010 iam using prepaid services.now iam seeking justice from your end,for recovering the full or November from 11/11/2010 bill amount which i already paid.
