BIKE Transfered Not Yet Received

Hi Team,

I have transfered my bike from Noida to Kolkata on 19th July. The Vendor is STATE CARGO. The Agreement was Home to Home delivery. They committed me 7-10 days time for delivering the Bike at my home. It has been 24 days still I havent received my Bike. Whenever I call any person from STATE CARGO they tell there is no one to deliver it from Kolkata (Dankuni) their office to my home in Ichapur. Nowadays they dont even pick my phone. Please help. Contact person from state cargo is Jitesh (09310082262)
