Big Tv not working for 2 months

Our Reliance Big tv connection is not working for more than two months. We recently did a recharge of 4000 rs for one year. Whenever we call the customer care they say it will take 72bhours to resume the services but since two months it has not started. They are not refunding our money. Please help us.
