BIG C multibrand mobile showroom pls consider my problem even now

I gave my mobile samsung GT-S5620 for repair on 02-07-2012 & they said that, it will be repaired with in 10 days but till today(19-07-2012) my mobile is not repaired & they are not giving the date when my mobile will be repaired & their reply is also not proper .. my mobile number is 9542220505
