Name of company/service: Bharti Airtel Mobile
Company had activated 3G in month of February 2012 without my consent and then forced me to pay Rs 2000 in March 2012(tel no 9818147215).after the last incidence again bharti airel has activate 3G without my consent in May and asking me to pay 2500 now which i am denying.
3G was activated(March) without informing customer and i paid to settle and same issue. in June 2012 it reoccured and demanding 2500.
I am using NET through a wifi Modem at my house since last 1 year and never ever had such a bad experience.It has recurred because of fraudly activating 3g on my handset without my consent.
I will only pay for the Voice usage and not for DATA.Pls correct the bill and resend as i have been trying to speak to ur team but NO ONE is interested to speak.
I GOT AN OPPORTUNITY twice to speak to cc executive and the team closed the matter without informing us and i am sure that same mistakes will not be tolerated this time of reactivating the 3G.Your team is not willing to raise the complaint of the same despite holding the line for half an hour multiple times.
If this is the way customers are handled who are paying well and are on network for last 5 years then what support should we expect for new customers….
