Bharat Gas distributor asking extra money for Connection

Hi,

I have applied for a gas connection in one of Bharat Gas agency in my area. When I asked to BharatGas customer Care they said they will charge Rs. 2000 but the agency is charging Rs. 6700. They are giving a Electic Oven which I don’t need. But they are not willing to give connection without it.
