Yesterday I received a call from 9810713268 some one named as Mr.Balbir Singh calling from Tis Hazari Court Central Secretariat in connection with some case being filed and I should speak to some lawyer the number which he will give. When I said I am on the Road, and I dont have a pen he started shouting. Funny, how in the first instance the fellow got my number, ie. pre paid connection. Why does he want to haraass. ? Looks some fraudster gand?
