I’ve submitted the application to change my RELIANCE mobile connection from postpaid to prepaid but there was a call from the reliance to give some benefits like Rs.100,30 local sms per month for 3 months if I am not migrate from postpaid to prepaid.but when my bill is came,there is no any benefit of Rs.100 then I contacted to customer care regarding the benefit they said we can not provide the benefit so now you can migrate your mobile connection.
Now I want to resolve my problem as soon as possible because I just fed up with this FRAUD company.
