Hi,

I paid 3300/ for internet connection to executive ‘Sai Kumar’ on May 26th.
Cancelled existing connection after hearing the volatile words from executive who promised to complete the installation in a week time and paid 6 months fee.

No action has been taken yet, and still the connection status is ‘in progress’, Don’t know how many days and months it will take to complete.

Worst customer care, No escalation procedure:

Called customer care several times, only answer I got each time is,” YOU will get a call in 24 hrs or 48 hrs ‘ like recording voice without any genuine data.
Nobody called from tech. team yet- Don’t why the customer care people are just repeating the words without any action!! Don’t what type of care it is???

With this bad experience, Just sending this mail to see whether I get any response on this issue, If I didn’t get reply , I have only one choice to get back the money and post my experience
In available all sources in Net to help other poor customers not to fall in the trap of BEAM executive words and waste their money and Time.

Appreciate If someone get back and update with current status on when the installation will be completed and why this delay before I pull out with frustration and Worst service by BEAM TELECOM
