Name of company/service: Pure it water purifier
I have bought a pure it water purifier whose cost is Rs 1000 last year. I changed its battry on 8th of april 2012 with the commitment of of 1200 litre water purify by the battry. But after two months approx 2june 2012 battry life is over and close to water purify. My daily usage of water is 2-4 litres. Means the battry, purify only 150 to 200 litres and Company’s commitment is 1200 litres. Its not first time, it happened 2-3 times.
Regarding this first time I complained on 4th of june 2012. After 24 hours I received a sms “Dear Customer, sorry to inform you that we could not trace your address withregards to the complaint registered c124229699 with PUREIT. Pls call back ourr helpline at 18601801000 to serve you better. But how can it possible when I ordered to change my battry then company trace my address and serve me better with battry chages Rs350 and service charge Rs50 and now I complained then company is unable to trace my address. Regarding this I complained many times and I received the same sms.
