We Have Purchased Luminious LT-500 No. 022549,023835. We Have purchased from Krishana Electronics on 07/12/11.With 3 years warranty.But the batteries are not working well.We placed complaint in Consumer care of luminious on 8/06/2012 Complaint no. was 22206 but they have not changed our batteries and they give no response.
