Name of company/service: HTC
I am using HTC Chacha from 13 february, 2012 and there was a default in battery so i gave my battery to HTC service centre located in Laxmi Nagar, New Delhi on 5 june, 2012. till now i have not received my battery back and around one and a half month passed. Neither the service center representative nor customer care executive give a satisfactory answer.
So please help me in this regard.
