Sir,
i had purchased the 1 pair of Bata Shoe on 28/01/09 at 8.46 PM For Rs.486.85/-( including 30%).the Same two Shoe was destretched( damaged with in 4 Days).
I went to Bata Show Room and ask to Exchange the same. They did not accept for exchange and they don’t give proper respect , I totaly upset.
take necessary action
