Location/place: MAHADEVAPURA POLICE STATION , BANGALORE
Name of company/service: AIRTEL
Airtel has barred my outgoing and incoming even after I submitted my documents TWICE.(i.e my passport copy and photos , approved by their airtel office at Mahadevapura Police Station area , Bangalore, Karnataka).
The customer care and the airtel centers are not addressing the complaint which was supposed to be done in 3-4 days ,and now its gone over 2 weeks. Even after continuous visits to their office , the problem is persisting .
This case is getting severe as lots of people are facing the issues.
