respected sir.
i need to lodge complaint against pnb(punjab national bank)(new delhi connaught place branch h blaock).my complaint is like -i made an online bill payment on 31st of may.The amount was rs 771 through pnb debit card.few days later i went to the bank to get a pass book entry.there i found that the amount ie 771 has been debited twice and since then the corrections has not been made.I waited for few days thinking that they will do the necessary things but nothing was done and the problem is still the same.Hence i registered a complaint at pnb customer care but they say that it will take 45 working days to make the corrections.This is too long a period.My complaint no. is 55640301,I thereby request you 2 take necessary actions and i should also get compensation as its been almost one month.Iam sending you my passbook transaction photocopy.my account no. is-0133001500012776
