bank of india wrong deduction of failed transaction

Location/place: noida

Name of company/service: bank of india/debit card(card swapping)

I shopped at “Imagine Store j-54 sector18, Noida” on “21st March 2012”, while paying the amount of Rs.3820 my card get swiped but fund didnt transfer (the transaction didnt complete), I tried again for amount Rs.3860 n two incomplete transactions was done by me,amount deducted bu my account but the shopkeeper’s account could not be credited by bank’s side. I was expecting my money back as regular but this time I didnt get any response from Branch manager “Sirsaganj Branch” (Distt::Firozabad-U.P) Pin-205151.Please give some response regrding this.
