sir,
on 14th of january 2012 my talktime balance Rs.18 got retarted of my mobile no. 8889731492 . When i call to idea customer care they said that due to dialer tone my balance got cutted but i not activated it so they write complaint and till now they were saying that due to technical issues my complaint is not solved . sir, I want my balance back . they did’nt want to give my balance so they are making this nonsence of technical issues . almost 16 days over , in this duration i called them several time and they says that our balance will be given at – 12 ‘oclock this night, tommorrow night , on monday 8’o clock. sir please help me to get back my balance anyhow.
