Name of company/service: idea

I reachared net pack of 98 rs on 21st jan 2013 and got reply that ” you have reachred with 98 rs and net pack validity is 1GB for 1 month,but my net pack complet within 21 days only.
i got wrong delivery mag from 3891 that my no is rechared with 1GB gprs pack for 1 month. Is there any proccesure to re claim this?
