BALANCE DEPLETION

Name of company/service: TATA DOCOMO, MOBILE SERVICE

I was using a TATA DOCOMO connection since last 1 year on basis of it when I acquired the new connection this year, from the date I acquired this no. some or the other VALUE ADDED SERVICE is getting activated on my no. without my permission or request and Balance gets deducted for the same. while I mail a complain to customer care of tata docomo (listen@tatadocomo) every time I get assurance that this type of services wont get activated on my no. any more. But as soon as I get my No. recharged almost immediately the balance gets deducted for some or the other service.
Pls. Help me resolve this problem
