Name of company/service: Vodaphone
My name is Sumit Kumar and i have transfer one of my number to the vodaphone network. I recharged my number(9968949456) with 100 Rs of talktime and after only one call of not more than three minutes my total balance has been deducted. And now the customer care executive of vodaphone are saying that we have called on another number but i did’nt call more than 3 minutes after successfull recharge. And i have to call 4 times to Customer care for any clarification.
Please help me out from this.
