balance deduction without any permission

my number9043665201 tata docomo this company is unnecessarly activatig the various serveices on my number and reducing my balance several times i have asked them to stop such kinds of unneccesarialy activation but they contuned the samei am now tired off plz take a strict action against them.i have seen many more complaints have allready posted here in same regard well some body is responding or reading this or not.but if i dont find any response then ill directly go to the court to complaint on both this site and company..plz take promt action…,bharat rathore.
