I have been calling the customer service for a while as they are constanly deducting balance for a longer period od time and when I ask them for what reason they deducted they said I am using internet. I dont use the Internet and every time I’m going in a runaround. They are not willing to help me. I need those amounts refunded as still they are deducting balance from my account.
