Balance deduction and no responce from customer support

Name of company/service: Aircel

I am a regular customer of Aircel telecom services. My mobile no is 8507636772.
I have an active pocket internet pack but frequently when I uses internet(normally facebook or google) a message from DD-AIRCEL comes saying that “Thanks for using Pocket Internet. For exciting games, apps, music, videos, comics, images, news & much more, log on to www.pocketinternet.in” and Rs 10 is detected from my account. During last 10 days more 3 times this happened with me. Last time it happened on 15/09/2013(sunday) at 10:10am. Everytime when I called the customer care suppnrt (198) they say that “It was just a mistake and we will refund your deducted balance” and after 2 or 3 days the balance is credited into my account but this time there is no RESPOSCE from their customer support. Every time when I try to contact their customer care execuitive I get the same dialogue “ALL OUR CUSTOMER CARE EXCUITIVE ARE BUSY PLEES TRY AFTER SOME TIME”
I am fed up with this situation please make a serious move against AIRCEL TELECOM SERVICE
