ihave recharge my account with internet pack of tata docomo network, but while browsing to site the company flash his add on the site and while scrolling the page its automatically opens the company add , and deduct balnce from my account without asking any cofirmation messagei.e wheather i should want to download it or not.
while asking query to the customer care they did not to it….

Hello,
I am using 2 SIMs of TATA DOCOMO from past few months. I was shocked to see that from past 1-2 months, they deducted my balance many times without any reason.
I am using two DOCOMO numbers which are 9041206610 and 8699139465.
For 9041206610,
One week back, they deducted 45 Rs. for activating a Caller Tune without my notice. I came to know when I saw my Balance deducted.
Also, these DOCOMO guys are continuously deducting 1 Rs. from past few days without any reasons and From yesterday, they have started deducting 2 Rs. TOTAL SUM Deducted: 60 Rs.
For 8699139465,
In month of July, These DOCOMO Guys have deducted 40-40 Rs. two times, that is, 80 Rs. for activating Caller Tunes without informing me.
On this Wednesday, they sent me an SMS for some laughter service activation and deducted 15 Rs. without my permission. Total Amount Deducted: 105 Rs.
I tried many times to talk to Customer Care, but they are not receiving my phone. That’s why I am putting this issue on Consumer Court and let everyone knows about TATA DOCOMO dishonest ways of deducting money.
At last, I humbly request, If any TATA DOCOMO Senior Member is reading my complaint, please, return my hard earned money. Otherwise, I will never let a single chance to spoil the image of TATA DOCOMO and if required, I will never ever hesitate to file a case in Consumer Court.
I also request Government of India (TRAI) to take a notice of this issue and take a strict action against TATA DOCOMO if they still continue their dishonest policy.
