hi, my number is 9857130144. there is deduction of 99 rupees, which I consider illegal. I talked to customer care and feedback was that I have downloaded a game. but as I was using internet I have no such download, if there is downloading then where the file goes. No such prompt seen on mobile screen I am going to download any game.
From last 6 years I am using this service from the same company and I know well how to use the internet.
one lady executive had called me for my complaint, and clearly stated what had happened and he committed to check my number again and to call back. but after 6 days no such caal came or no any other feedback.
please let me know what i have downloaded and whe. i am ready for any mobile forensic test or any other type of test they want to do.
please help me.
