Balance Deduction

Location/place: Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh.

Name of company/service: Tata Docomo

My number is 8019658678 and docomo is charging me for nothing. When i inquired about the balance they are saying you have activated some service even though i didn’t. I request consumer forum to take action against these sort of behaviors from Tata Docomo.
