balance deduction

Name of company/service: reliance gsm (M.P. & Chattisgarh)

i recharge my mobile (+91-9827588027) online with Rs. 29 internet pack, after that when i used my internet, my balance get deducted….even confirmation message was dilivered to my mobile of internet pack. As soon as possible…
Pls help me…. 🙁
