On 09 feb’20, I got a call from landline no. I received & disconnected instantly after listening computer machine. After disconnect the call i got a message regarding 15rs balance deduction for downloading sports from One97 while i did not visit any link to download any content nor activate any service on that call. After getting that message i called to the customer care 12345 and there i talked with a idea senior executive who said that my 15rs deducted for activation any service and he do not know about that service. Then i told him, that i received a call from a landline no. and disconnected instantly then how is it possible to activate any service on my no. without my confirmation and i requested to refund my deducted balance. Against my request he told me that idea do not provide any such services so i can not refund your balance. Then i told him if idea do not provide such service then why my 15rs deducted from my idea main balance? After my lot of request he registered my complaint regarding to get information about that call not for refund my deducted balance and clearly denied to refund my balance. Then i called many times on the customer care no 12345 and each time idea executives ignored me like by putting my call on hold for long time or by saying that they can not provide any information regarding this because their software is updating now. After a lot of making calls finally i talked with another senior executive who gave different reason than 1st executive but same as a message which i received after deduction my balance. He told me that 15rs charged for downloading chargeable content and i told him that i did not visit any link during or after that call then why my balance deducted. And he given same statement that deducted balance is not refundable. Now please take a look into their different – 2 reasons and how they misguided me. So i request you to inquiry & take a legal action against these type of misguiding behave or racketeering from poor customers.
