Balance deduction

I am balu from Hyderabad. No.8801790010
I am here to complain against aircel company and it’s service..
I have never come across such bad customer service
My problem is i have subscribed for aircel 2g data..i got offer from aircel stating that free data morning from 6-9am 3g service, so i have availed this offer yesterday and have deactivated it before 9am and got switched to 2g..i have been using 2g data since morning nothing has been done..when i have resumed downloading file which has been stopped in the morning suddenly 3g service has been activated automatically and 51 rs balance has been deducted from account inspite i have de-activated in the morning and was using 2g after that..
how come all of a sudden it suddenly redirected itself to 3g when i have been using 2g a second ago…there is no possibility that i can switch to 3g within a second…
when i called customer service regarding this he(ramesh,supervisor, begumpet,Hyderabad) said that it depends upon the location and some network..bull shit when i was using 2g since morning at same place how come suddenly network changed to 3g at the same location.. he adds that u have to deactivate some modes..i have done everything and was actually using 2g also..the records show that..but he is going on telling the same thing it depends upon location it was set to automatic mode…what..!!! automatic mode..!!! bull shit..!!! when i was using 2g you can automatically redirect it to 3g and can deduct all amount from account…..?? this means u r managing my phone actually u can do anything u want to do…u can switch to 3g whenever u want and deduct my money…what d hell…!!!
i want this issue to be addressed and get resolved at earliest… how come u on yourself redirect from 2g to 3g and deduct my money..FYI this is second time..so i have got in contact with consumer affairs…
Awaiting response at earliest..
