Dear Team,
My name is Manish Agarwal, my no. is 9897858712(Airtel). Last month i have rechared my sms pack with rs.36 with flexy recharge, after then aitel company had deduct my balance of 36 rs. But at that time i have not submit any complaint.. But this month the same problem coming with me again. i have recharged my sms pack with rs.36 but they have deducted my balance again.. I am continously following up with customer care executive team, but they are not giving me proper reply, and they said to me that please hold the line as we are checking your more information and put the phone hold, after then they cut the phone…
So i am requesting you to please look into this matter and resolve my problem..
