Name of company/service: Airtel Prepaid mobile
I have recharged my mobile with 295 INR full talk time pack and after 15 mins with 98 INR internet pack. But after few hours I found that my balance is deducted and it was 174 INR. Upon calling customer care 4 time they told me that my message pack of 67 INR was on auto renewal, so my balance must be 228 INR but it wasn’t. Customer care didn’t have answer for this and disconnected my call. The service was very disappointing After calling them again and again they gave me complaint number which is CBDCC30606393674.
I am expecting the proper answer to this incovinience caused to me
