Dear Sir,
It is become a regular practice of Aircel to deduct the balance from main account without any reason. This time I am forced to uplaod the case here. 4th day of this current month an amount of 5 ruppes is deducted without any reason, I call 16 times to know the proper reason for balance deducting but everytime they are saying that “SYSTEM IS NOT UPDATED”. Last time I spoke with Mr. Nilotpal Sen, cust. care, Aircel, a very rude behaviour came from him regrding the subject matter, when I asked him to tell me the proper reason.
