I Lochan kr. Hazarika has called the reliance customer care 16th of july 2012 to ask them that why deducted balance from my number 9401492569. Their customer service representative told me that cuddly services activated. Today on 16th july, Rs 5 has been deducted from my number. When I called them to know the reason of the deduction. I told them this full story. They told me that system is not working and misbehaved. He told me that it is their fault that I have not been informed about this cuddly pack. When I asked him to refund the money. He told me that he cannot refund it. Sir/Madam I need to get back my money as first of all the cuddly pack is of no use to me and secondly I am a student. I dont even earn a single penny.
