Dear sir,
I adya prasad maurya user of uninor service from 2737, subashnagar G.H.B. kanakpur kansad Sachin surat (gujarat). I want to draw your attention here that on date 21/06/2012 about 09:30 am a message came on my uninor sim (9173987949) that “Thank you for subscribing to uninor caller tunes. you have been charged 40 rs for 30 days” so according to them i had activated 40 rs plan but in-fact i had not activated any plan and when i contacted to uninor costumer care they told that if you are eligible to get your balance back then only you will get your balance back but I did not got my balance back and when I called them ( costumer care ) and told him that I did not got my balance back they ( costumer care ) told that we cannot help in this matter to get your balance back. And sir they (costumer care) told me that there is no complain service in uninor company.so it is my humble request to you to take a legal action and please uninor help me in this matter.
