I have an issue with black berry plan 399 on my Tata Docomo No 7405151518.
I had activated my BB 399 plan on 30th june 2012
On 29.07.12 i had received msg that to enjoy uninterrupted black berry service on your tatadocomo connection please ensure that your prepaid account balance more than rs 399.
So I recharged my Tata Docomo account on 29th july.
hence this service is auto renewal I sent msg for activate this plan 31.07.12 after taken confirmation from Tata Docomo Call centre. and revert msg came stated that your BB 399 plan is already activated. That time also they assure please activate by msg only.
Today 03.08.12 when I found balance is deducting from account i called customer service to know why balance is decreasing, then they informed me that plan was not activated on your number.
Today now i have all the evidence in my mobile so I need to know by whom this mistake occurred, By me or Tata Docomo.
