I am Prabhavith from Hyderabad.I want to file a complaint against what I face the problem which I have mentioned below

The Bajaj Finserv Lending Company says that, they offering me a Pre Approved loan for Rs.940000 . Just they need my ID proof, Address Proof and 3 cheque leaf to sanction my loan. The field executive from Hyderabad branch met me in person and I have handed over my documents and my 3 cheques and in have signed in the agreement copy. They have approved the amount which is beyond my expectation. so I am not interested to receive the amount what they have offering so I asked them to return my blank cheques. From the next day the executive is not responding for my call and he used to disconnect my call while ringing.
So please I request the consumer court authority to take immediate action on them and ask them to return my blank cheques to me.
