I brought a Bajaj Cooler 2009 sleeq in 25th April 2012. The cooler stopped functioning and I lodged a complaint on 14th Jun to Bajaj Customer care (C/C number 1800-22-2252). The complaintt number is 238752. I was assured that it will be serviced within 24 hours.However nobody contacted us / provide us service till end of 15-Jun. I called up customer care 3 times on 16th to expedite the process, and the customer care assured they will be attending the service request by 16-Jun evening only. However nobody turned up. I once again contacted the customer care in 17-Jun and wanted to escalate the matter. I got a managers reference from the customer care Representative. When I called up the manager (Bhuban/ 9213817165) he disconnected the phone in half way and not picking anymore.
I want to mention, the same cooler faced another problem during May.
