Dear Team,

I am A salaried person and for a salaried person its very tough to save because lot many responsibilities are there.
And Bajaj Allianze make use of it.
In 2008 i took the Life Insurance policy from bajaj Allianze ( Employee of Bancassurance Standard chartered Bank/ Bajaj Allianze new friends colony ) of Rs 30,000/-.Just to secure my family. And next month another employee of Bajaj Allianz approach me and calculate the money require by my family after my death. So, he suggest me to take one more policy of Rs 50,000/- But i didn’t not received any policy Bond.

After making many complaints no result was there. I stay in Meerut so its tough for me to come daily delhi at Bajaj Allianz office in delhi.

Every time they gave me different excuse . Firstly they told me that we have sended the policy by courier and we need to confirm by courier agency and out data. Later-on they realize that policy is not delivered.
After making so many visits to their office they ask me to write the letter regarding my complaint.

But No use….

I decided that if I am Alive than i am not been able to get the correct response. So, i request them i don’t want any policy. than they told me that i need to pay 1000 rs to receive the policy bond, than only i can make it return. She told me that there is some free-look period of 15 days after receiving policy in that time you can return your policy. But you need to give 2000rs for 2 police.

I said Ok their executive took 2000 rs more from me and didn’t give any receipt and told me due to system problem receipt can’t be generated we will send the receipt with courier.

After regular follow ups i didn’t received any courier. Than after my last visit in c.p office. their manager asked me to write simple application that you are not happy with the service and want your money back. And within 15 working days you will receive your total amount Demand Draft by courier.

And now its 4th year i have marked so many complaints but no used…..

I am mentally depressed now because My hard earn money Rs 90,000 ( 30,000+ 50,0000) are with bajaj Allianz and they are not ready to return my money…..

What should i Do now please suggest me.
