LAST TIME MY AC WAS NOT COOLING DUE TO LEAKAGE OF GAS I WAS COMPLAINT AT LG CUSTOMER CARE NO. 118001809999 MY REQUEST NO.120405012628 DT. FORGET BY ME BUT I LEARNT THAT AC WORKSHOP WAS GIVEN BACK ME AC IN 15 – 16 DAY AFTER LOT OF CHASE BUT I AM VERY SORRY TO SAY THAT YOUR SR.OFFICER MS POOJA MATHA HER NO.9811354152 AS INFORMED BY LG CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE. NO ONE CAN CONTACT WITH MS.POOJA MATHA EVERY TIME HER MOBILE IS BUSY AND WHEN YOU WILL TRY TO CONTACT YOUR WORK SHOP NO.01204177550 MAXIMUM TIME YOU WILL LISTEN TO YOUR HEAR IS “YOUR CALL IS IMPORTANT TO US PLEASE STAY WITH US”.
ON 12 JUNE, 2012 REQUEST NO.120612007211 AGAIN MY AC WAS NOT WORKING (COOLING PROBLEM) YOUR COME TIMELY (AFTER 2-3 DAYS) BUT YOUR AC CARRIER ARE FORT TO TAKE THE AC FOR REPAIR AFTER REPEATED REQUEST THEY COME ON 21 JUN AND TILL TODAY LOT OF WAISTING MY TIME I CAN’T CONTACT TO YOUR VERY SR.OFFICER MS.POOJA MATHUR. ONE LADY FROM WORKSHOP WAS PROMISED TO ME THAT TO DAY TILL 5PM YOUR AC WILL BE REACHED TO YOUR HOUSE. BUT I WAS NOT COMPLETED. PLEASE HELP ME
